One calm system for the homeopathic clinic
CuraLink is a management system for homeopathic clinics. It models the consultation from the first booking to the final bill, so the clinic's records live in one place and every step can be traced.
What CuraLink is
CuraLink is a Django REST API with a Next.js web app in front of it. The API owns the domain: patients, doctors, appointments, medical history, prescriptions, medicine stock and billing. Each screen is a view onto that single record rather than a separate copy of it.
Who it is for
Four roles share the system, and each one works with the part that belongs to them.
- Admin
- Owns the clinic, every module and the shared reference data.
- Doctor
- Confirms visits, records the diagnosis and writes prescriptions for their own patients.
- Patient
- Books a consultation against a doctor's availability and follows their own visits.
- Receptionist
- Handles registration and scheduling at the front desk.
The workflow it models
Every stage of a homeopathic consultation is a step in the system, so nothing falls through the cracks.
01Patient books an appointment
A patient selects an open slot on a doctor’s availability calendar and books a consultation.
02Doctor confirms the visit
The doctor reviews and confirms the appointment. Status moves to CONFIRMED and is visible to both parties.
03Medical history & prescription
During the visit the doctor records diagnosis, symptoms, family history, and writes doses and durations.
04Bill is generated
From the confirmed appointment a bill is created. Line-item quantities are derived from prescription durations.
05Payment & follow-up
Apply discounts, mark paid, and schedule the next follow-up, every action is traceable against the patient record.
